Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB)

These Rules of Procedure are followed by the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB, "the Board"). These Rules also describe briefly the relationship of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board to the Board's Sponsors. The Board is sponsored by three principals of the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program. These are the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, the Comptroller General of the United States, and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
